Light

Give bright, indirect light; avoid harsh midday sun. In winter, supplement with a 20–40W LED grow light for 10–12 hours daily.

Water & humidity

Water when the top 2–3cm is dry. Maintain 60–80% humidity using a humidifier or pebble tray. Keep temperatures between 18–26°C.

Soil & feeding

Use an airy aroid mix: 40% peat-free compost or coir, 30% orchid bark, 20% perlite, 10% pumice. Feed monthly at half strength in spring and summer.

Propagation

  1. Choose a stem with a visible node and aerial root.
  2. Cut below the node with sterile scissors.
  3. Root in moist sphagnum at ~24°C.
  4. Pot up when roots are 5–8cm long.
